The lessons are based on classical riding techniques and advanced toward either classical dressage, western, or jumping. The program is individualized to fit each rider. We work closely with the rider to define their riding level and goals. While some students take lessons to gain the ability and confidence necessary for trail riding, others compete in hunters, dressage, or eventing.

Crystalyn Russell has joined RBF after spending time teaching at UMass Amherst. She is a Massachusetts licensed instructor and teaches children through adults. Crystalyn specializes in the advanced beginner rider, introducing the fundamentals of dressage and jumping while building confidence and having fun. Email Crystalyn at carussell@instructor.net.
